Awareness Through Movement ® Workshop

Workshops are a great way of experiencing the Feldenkrais Method more fully - there is more time to explore and learn, and sense the changes in the way you move. You will be guided through 2-3 lessons around a theme with breaks in between. 
​

While most of the workshop will take place with you lying on the floor, you will need to be able to get up and down to the floor unaided.

​

Please bring a mat to lie on and wear warm loose clothing. 

​
